Very bad, but really bad.Booked in June for November, and no one show up.Ca them for an explanation and a very little tiny apologies was made.Try to give them a chance to fix it and the man say maybe in 3 weeks.I told him I gonna call somebody else and he say good luck" and hung up.Just plain rude"

We are on the Peace of Mind Home Protection Plan and we had Kris Naumcevski come by to do the inspection and extermination. We were very impressed with Kris' knowledge, work and appreciated the feedback/advice to deter pest from inviting themselves over again.

$400 to open the lids on termite baits. Never pulled the actual baits out to inspect. Sprayed for spiders outside very poor coverage compared to Stella treatment practices. Never treated inside our home. Rang up to find out why inside was not treated was told they will find out and call me back the next day, they never did. Called them again, no answer and no return call. Will try and find another decent company like Stella was, Flick is down right lazy. EDIT : 4 weeks on 2 more visits 1 for termite inspection and just redid spider treatment 12/1/23 after they cancelled last weeks appointment. Finally got the job done right, looks like I will be shopping around again to find another good pest control company because Flick isn’t the company for me.

Why are you guys spamming me from no-reply email address to come inspect my house??Are you kidding me? I used you for many years and you had to monitor my Exterra stations and under your watch it failed twice and had termites infesting my house. Your ‘best’ technician twice in a row failed to put Focus in the stations on renewal, even after he got a warning from his boss the first time he did it. He did the same the next year. No wonder the system failed twice. I had endless problems since Flick took over with technician no-shows, coming unannounced, showing up late and what not.You guys are not trustworthy especially since Flick took over from The Pest Guys.I gave you the boot for your appalling service some years ago so please do not spam me. Delete my details from your system.

Been a paying customer for over 18 months- they sprayed multiple times yet the roaches are still like they’re walking in a park ; very disappointed customer. Also called customer service and left a voice message 4 days ago and no one ever called back!!EDIT: they said in comments to email them and I did that same day and until now 8 days later not a single reply!!! Do NOT waste your money on this company
